Terms and Conditions
By registering for a Customer Account and using our Services (which include our Software and games on the Site), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited trading as RobinHoodBingo part of the Broadway Gaming Group. You must be 18 or older and meet all eligibility criteria.
1. Account Registration and Verification
- You must register using true, accurate, and complete information.
- Only one Customer Account per person is allowed; duplicate accounts will be closed.
- Verification Checks (using third-party providers) for your identity, age, and payment details are required before full access.
2. Use of Services and Liability
- Our Services use a random number generator whose outcomes (as recorded on our server) are final.
- We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disconnections, except when caused by our negligence.
- Liability for issues beyond our control (e.g., cyber-attacks, natural disasters, regulatory changes) is limited.
3. Prohibited Practices and Account Security
- You must not engage in fraudulent, cheating, or money-laundering activities.
- Misuse of your account (for example, by sharing login credentials or creating duplicate accounts) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Your account is yours to protect; you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Entities
- The minimum deposit and withdrawal are generally £10.
- Customer funds are held in segregated accounts that meet the Gambling Commission’s “medium protection” standards.
- Payment transactions are processed by Broadway Gaming UK Limited (our group’s merchant entity) using approved third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawals will be made using the same payment methods that you used for deposits unless instructed otherwise.
5. Responsible Gaming and Regulatory Oversight
- We are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain.
- Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion options are available; please use them if you experience any issues.
- Regulatory and legal obligations may require us to suspend, restrict, or close your account.
6. Intellectual Property and Promotional Terms
- All trademarks, graphics, content, and software on the Site are the property of Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, its licensors, and/or affiliated parties.
- Promotional offers, bonuses, free spins, and loyalty points (collectively “Promotions”) are subject to their own rules. Abuse of Promotions may result in voiding winnings and account closure.
7. Changes, Complaints, and Dispute Resolution

- If you have any complaints or disputes (including those relating to gambling transactions), please contact our customer support. Unresolved matters can be escalated to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
